This course invites students to dive deeper into storytelling through animation, with a strong focus on character, mood, and narrative structure. Students will explore how animated films build believable worlds and emotional connections through design, movement, and sound. Through advanced storyboarding, character development, and animation techniques, students will create short animated scenes that emphasize story clarity and intention. Voice acting, sound design, and visual pacing will be key areas of exploration. While this course builds naturally on animation fundamentals, it is designed so that new students can jump in and grow their skills through guided practice and creative experimentation. The course concludes with a showcase highlighting each student’s unique animated story.
