Join us as we step outside of the kitchen and learn how to master the grill. This hands-on camp will provide campers with the skills to be the star of any barbeque. Students will learn to prepare rubs, marinades and sauces from scratch while barbequing tri tip, chicken, carne asada and cedar plank salmon. We will cover the use of smoke, carving, and proper temperatures. Campers will be able to enjoy all of their creations!
