Who says cooking has to stay in the kitchen? Step outside to the St. Mary’s grill and join us for a hands-on class in mastering the art of BBQ! From the first sizzle to the final sear, students will learn the techniques needed to cook perfect meats, seafood, and veggies on the grill Throughout the week, participants will create their own unique rubs, marinades, and sauces, adding bold flavors to their culinary creations. By the end of the course, students will have honed their grilling skills and be ready to impress their families with a variety of delicious, home-grilled meals.
