Gear up for an exciting journey into the world of mountain biking! This class is perfect for beginners and enthusiasts looking to master the basics of mountain biking while developing confidence and skills on the trail. Students will learn essential techniques, including proper body and pedal position, shifting, braking, climbing, and descending. Practical sessions will focus on navigating obstacles on the trail, ensuring riders are prepared for real-world challenges. Safety is a top priority, and the course will cover important topics like trail etiquette and riding responsibly, fostering a deep respect for trails and the surrounding environment. In addition to honing riding skills, participants will gain hands-on experience in basic bike repair, from fixing flat tires to maintaining a well-functioning bike. Along the way, riders will strengthen their connection to nature and discover the joys of exploring the great outdoors on two wheels.
