SPRING - France

Come with us for an unforgettable journey through the heart of France, where students experience history, culture, and hands-on learning every step of the way! 

Begin in Provence, exploring charming medieval towns, scenic mountain views, and local markets. Students will walk the streets of Carpentras, visit ancient synagogues, taste traditional Berlingot candy, and connect with the land that inspired Van Gogh through nature walks and visits to historic sites.

The adventure continues with farm visits and culinary experiences, including goat cheese-making, hands-on baking workshops, and picnics in olive groves. Students will learn about sustainability, French food traditions, and local farming practices in a fun and interactive way.

Next, travel by high-speed train to Paris, where students engage in service-learning opportunities, student exchanges at a bilingual IB school, and cultural explorations of the Marais, Eiffel Tower, and Trocadéro. Highlights include a Seine River cruise, guided intercultural walks, and time to explore iconic markets, squares, and museums.

This immersive field study blends education, culture, service, and adventure, offering students a unique perspective on French life while creating lasting memories and meaningful connections with peers and local communities.
