Description

In this class, students will learn the basic skills of playing the piano and reading music. During each class we will go over music literacy, including how to name notes and find them on the keyboard, and how to clap and count rhythms. We will then go over piano pieces together after which students will have the opportunity to work at their own pace, with teacher guidance. Students will receive a music book at the end of the course. Piano keyboards provided for use in class.
