Students will observe the world more deeply by drawing what they see in the natural and constructed environment. We will discuss the roots of drawing and its changing and enduring function while viewing examples created by many artists throughout the timeline of art history. Students will work with a variety of materials and will explore different processes in a relaxing, non-competitive atmosphere. All participants are encouraged to work at their own paces.
