ES2 - LS Junior Dance Ensemble

In this course, students will work with Mrs. Mulchay to create and learn dance pieces in a variety of genres, which will then be performed informally at the end of each session for friends and family.  Some pieces would also be invited to perform for the Winter Dance Showcase Jan 10 or the Spring Dance Showcase May 16.  Types of dance can include jazz, modern, contemporary, hip hop, musical theater jazz, or other dance styles, based on student interest. Students only need to bring their creativity.  

 *Students will need to go barefoot, or will need to wear either half-sole ballet shoes or skin-tone jazz shoes for this class. For students who need to order some foot coverings, a link to the St. Mary's dance shop will be provided.
