In this hands-on cooking class, students will explore the fun and delicious world of Asian cuisine by making popular Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese dishes. Recipes may include Korean favorites like tteokbokki skewers and kimbap, Japanese dishes such as onigiri, udon noodles, and Japanese curry, as well as dumplings and Vietnamese fresh spring rolls. Students will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of vegetables and experience classic Asian flavors. Please note that some recipes in this class may contain sesame oil and sesame seeds. With guidance from the teacher, light heat may be used when necessary. This class helps build confidence in the kitchen, encourages creativity with food, and introduces students to healthy and flavorful Asian meals.
