Description
Flag Football:Spring Flag Football Academy is offered to Grade 5-7 girls and boys of all skill and ability levels. Athletes will provide development in the fundamentals of football while learning techniques in offensive and defensive position drills. Spring Football will provide the athletes with a strength and conditioning routine to practice over the summer in preparation for the fall season. Athletes will become smarter players as they develop their knowledge of the “X’s and O’s” of the St. Mary’s playbook and system.
Fridays: 1:15 - 2:30 p.m. - Gym
