Description

Practice Dates: 9/6, 9/13, 9/20, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/8

Time: Friday 1:15 – 2:30 p.m.

This LAX academy teaches the foundations of lacrosse. Athletes will be introduced to the sport through different lacrosse activities and drills, including: scooping, cradling, dodging, checking and shooting. Falcons will gain skills, learn basic strategy and scrimmage. *Athletes should provide their own stick and gloves and helmet. We do have helmets to borrow if needed as well. Coach: Marco Camargo.

Restrictions

Participants must currently be in grades 3 to 8.
