ES1 - LS The Falcon Theatre Acting Academy

Fledgling Falcon Acting Academy is an exciting theatre experience tailored for grades 3-5. The course focuses on building confidence and developing foundational acting techniques through warm-ups, improvisation, technique building, scene study, and performance opportunities. Acting academy students will- Develop confidence and self-expression through theatrical explorationDevelop fundamental acting skills such as vocal projection, body control, and character developmentDevelop audition techniques they can use immediately in their audition for the Falcon Theatre’s Spring Musical. Enhance observation, listening, and teamwork skills through collaborative theatre exercises. Build stage presence in performance through scene work. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where actors feel safe, valued, and encouraged to risk-take and explore. Demonstrate their increased confidence and skills in a final showcase for friends and family. This is a great opportunity for students with all levels of experience to focus on their craft with an effective mix of structured instruction and creative exploration in the exciting world of theatre!
