Competition Song is a beautiful blend of cheer and dance. Season begins the second week of school and finishes after Nationals at the end of February.
Requirements: Open to students in Middle School (Grades 6 - 8) with at least 3 years of dance experience. All dancers must have a coach’s recommendation from Mrs. Sterner or Mrs. Maes. We require that each dancer has at least a solid double turn.
Practice: Required 1x/week during Middle School Discovery Block, 1 morning a week 7:00 am, and every other Friday 1:15-2:30. Required attendance at a Sunday choreography day (end of August).
Competitions: Required attendance at two local competitions (1/18/25 & Nationals 2/16/25)
Uniform: Required purchase of uniform, jazz shoes and tights for competition (not included in registration fee)
