Description

Practice Dates: 9/6, 9/13, 9/20, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/8

Time: Friday 1:15 – 2:30 p.m.

  • This football academy teaches the foundations of football. Athletes will be introduced to the sport through different flag football activities and drills. From throwing to catching, to running different routes, athletes will get an introduction to one of St. Mary’s most popular middle school sports!
